Elvis was great in '75...and atlanta always seemed to draw the best out of him.
same thing with florida...don't think i've ever heard a bad show from florida.

Excellent show I was front row center at this one got two scarves after ripping the last one away from an old woman with arthritis. Glad I made the decision to yank it out of the old woman's hand since I'm sure she's long dead and gone by now and the scarf if safe and sound today in my custody. She was upset then but I'm quite sure she don't need it now tucked away in some casket. Anyway the show was awesome with Elvis in a good mood and not doped up like the later shows he even seemed to have bathed which I noticed at MSA he had not by the visible sweat rings on his collar and under arm sleeves on his jumpsuit. There was no noticeable odor when he would walk by like the MSA Indy show. I also noticed he was still taking care of his teeth at this show as they were a bit yellowing at MSA Indianapolis. He still looked great just a bit of hygiene neglection. I'm sure he was really getting tired by the summer of 77 in fact too tired to bath or even wash his hair, I think his cousin finally washed it for him before the next tour that wound up in CPR instead of Portland. At least he was clean (his hair anyway) when they knocked his front teeth out trying to revive him which would have been embarrassing laying there with greasy un kempt hair know he is being stared at by every nurse in the ER. He was at least very lucky Billy was still up that morning to clean him up a little before the paramedics came.
